New Signature Wellness Ritual Treatments

New to the Bramley spa treatment offering this Autumn are our signature holistic wellness rituals “Sleep” and “Rebalance”. Each has been created by Caroline our Skin Expert and Head Trainer, with a focus on customer needs associated with a busy mind or menopause and incorporate an immersive blend of temperature, touch, scent and sound.

Bramley Sleep Ritual

160 minutes

A magical blend of touch, scent and sound. Escape from the daily sensory overload with our complete face & body experience, using gentle, flowing and rhythmical strokes to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you unwind, prompting a deep sense of relaxation and ease. The treatment begins with a warming copper bath foot ritual, helping to channel thoughts and regulate breathing with our sleep specific chakra guided techniques.
Immersed in the scents of therapeutic essential oils, a relaxing facial is followed by a scalp ritual with jade comb, and an indulgent body massage with warm botanical poultice compressions.
The body is nurtured with warmth from head to toe, muscle tension eased, freeing the mind of stress, enhancing a restful experience and nights sleep. 

Bramley Rebalance Ritual

90/ 120 minutes

Allow yourself to tune in and discover mindful moments with a wonderfully rebalancing wellness ritual. Through guided breathing, comes a sense of greater ease and connection between body and mind. The focus is to help balance the body, calm the nervous system and improve circulation.
Our treatment is tailored to the needs at that time and can include a combination of face and body brushing and scrub for renewed and brighter skin. A facial with cryotherapy crystals helps compromised, hormonal and unbalanced complexions, blending into a rebalancing and nutrient rich body massage and sealed with a replenishing mask. 
Skin feels replenished and reset, while the mind feels calmed, leaving you in a sense of harmonious balance.
