our story

Bramley was first created fifteen years ago, when founder, Chloë, was looking for bath and body products to enhance the experience of guests staying at her husband's inn, The Beckford Arms, in rural Wiltshire. She couldn’t find any that were made without synthetic ingredients or single use plastic.

So, she developed her own - blending the finest essential oils, our unique apple ingredient and natural botanicals to make beautifully fragranced products, that captured the essence of the nature that surrounded them. They were designed to be refilled into bottles that felt generous to guests, to prevent the wastage of miniature plastic bottles.

The first few guests loved the products so much that they wanted to buy them for their own bathrooms, and so the little apple seed began to grow into something bigger. Fifteen years later, the range has grown beyond bath and body products, with natural home, skincare, children’s and dog ranges, all inspired by the beauty and therapeutic properties of plants.

You can now find Bramley in beautiful places all across the UK and the world - from iconic shops to some of the most desirable and unique places to stay. All the while, Chloë remains at the helm of the brand, still rooted in the Wiltshire countryside, with the products still produced nearby in Somerset.
